Founded on May 19, 2025, by visionary entrepreneur Evgeniy Premiyak, our company was born out of a keen observation of a market gap in oil products and palm oils in the Mediterranean and Eastern regions. As global trade evolves, we recognized the need for innovative business models that can adapt to changing market dynamics. 

Strategic Expansion

To establish a robust and sustainable trade presence, we strategically chose the UAE as our base, leveraging its advantageous location and business-friendly environment. By partnering with shipowner WW, we aim to foster long-term trade relationships between the UAE and the UK.

Growth Plans

Our ambitious plans include:
- Fleet Expansion: Purchasing 5 product carriers to enhance our logistics capabilities.
- Long-term Charters: Securing 5 vessels on long-term time charters to ensure stability and reliability.
- Market Expansion: Exploring opportunities to attract oil traders and tap into the Chinese market from Hong Kong.
